I’ve got a Just Eat gift card, how do I redeem it?
Redeeming your gift card is easy, just follow these steps:
1. Open the Just Eat App or visit https://www.just-eat.co.uk/giftcards/redeem
2. Login or create an account to redeem your gift card. It’s really important that you log into your account before redeeming your voucher. You might lose your credit if you’re using a Guest Account. If you don’t have a Just Eat account, make one here.
3. Navigate to your Account and click Account Credit or Redeem a Gift Card
4. Enter your gift card code in the box. The gift card value should then appear on your account credit balance.
5. Account credit can be used as a payment method when you checkout on any Just Eat order. Account credit can be topped up with other payment methods, and any remaining balance will stay on your account until you choose to use it on another order.
Can I buy a physical gift card?
We offer both physical and digital (e-gift) cards online. Our physical cards are printed on sustainable card (never plastic) and will be delivered via post (this might vary depending on which Royal Mail posting option you pick). You can also include a personalised message for the lucky recipient, delivered on a slip in the envelope with a gift card. Each physical gift card will be delivered in its own envelope.
Can I buy any value of Just Eat gift card?
You can choose from six different values of gift card – £15, £20, £25, £30, £40 and £50.
